While every care is taken in the development and review of items, pricing and availability, in the event of any discrepancy or error, Olde South Limited is therefore limited solely to the remuneration paid to it by the customer. In no event shall Olde South Limited have any responsibility or liability for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages incurred as a result of an error.
